PROGRAM AGREEMENTS

After facilitating multiple cohorts of Alchemy of Chaos over the past two years, we have found that there is a particular process that is ignited with the below “ingredients” of agreements. Everyone making the choice to attend this program based on your confidence that you can contribute each of these ingredients is essential to the program itself being able to work its magic.

 
 
 

  • You agree to be present at each session, taking place on Sundays at 2pm PT. You understand that if you miss a session, you will not be invited to continue the program.

  • You agree to be on time. If you arrive more than four minutes past the beginning of the session, the room will be locked and you won’t be able to attend.

  • You agree to confidentiality and the Chatham House Rule. You agree that while you can share the general content of the program, you may not share who said what.

  • You agree to anonymity. Alchemy of Chaos is run on a first name basis only. People do not share the particulars of their work in the world. This space exists as pure potential, and we don't want to limit someone's expression by having their past or current accomplishments swirling around.

  • You agree to show up, pay attention, tell the truth, and let go of any desires for a particular outcome. You will come to see how this agreement moves throughout the experience in profound ways.

 

Application

Alchemy of Chaos is ultimately a series of thresholds that each participant chooses to cross. Each threshold presents an opportunity to connect to what’s real and what’s true. Attuning to these more subtle layers leads to expansion, harmonious discord, and energetic readiness for what is coming next. As you’ll soon see, Alchemy of Chaos becomes a rich set of metaphors that translate to life in the most gratifying ways.

The agreements are ingredients to your alchemy because it requires your sound commitment to yourself and to possibility.

The application is in place to ensure that everyone in this program has a certain orientation to chaos, alchemy, and everything in between. A big part of this program comes in the form of being in the chaos alongside others, and you need to be able to trust that the people alongside you are vetted and well-positioned to ignite and challenge you.
