PROGRAM AGREEMENTS

After facilitating multiple cohorts of Alchemy of Chaos over the past two years, we have found that there is a particular process that is ignited with the below “ingredients” of agreements. Everyone making the choice to attend this program based on your confidence that you can contribute each of these ingredients is essential to the program itself being able to work its magic.

 
 
 

  • You agree to be present at each session, taking place on Sundays at 10am PT. You may miss up to one session if absolutely unavoidable. You understand that if you miss more than one session, you will not be invited to continue the program.

  • You agree to be on time. If you arrive more than four minutes past the beginning of the session, the room will be locked and you won’t be able to attend.

  • You agree to confidentiality and the Chatham House Rule. While you can share the general content of the program, you may not share who said what.

  • You agree to anonymity. This program is run on a first name basis only. People do not share the particulars of their outward-facing identity or work in the world. This space exists as pure potential, and we don't want to limit someone's expression by having their past accomplishments swirling around.

  • You agree to show up, pay attention, tell the truth, and let go of any desires for a particular outcome. You will come to see how this agreement moves throughout the experience in profound ways.

The energetic exchange for this program is in the currency of attention, intention, and time. If you choose to participate in this program, you are making a commitment to the aforementioned agreements. Your full presence is required because it is part of the alchemy and momentum of the experience for not only yourself, but for everyone else.

You can choose to circulate a monetary amount - whatever feels aligned for you - to a cause, organization, or person that you care about. There is also an option to contribute to a pay it forward fund related to this program. Inquire for more details.

Application

If you are reading this, you have been personally invited and/or recommended to participate in this experience. A big part of this program comes in the form of being in the chaos alongside others, and you need to be able to trust that the people alongside you are vetted and well-positioned to ignite and challenge you.
